Policy, Consulting & Public Engagement
I have advised and consulted for international development institutions on topics linked to my research, including work on sustainable mineral value chains for the Inter-American Development Bank, and infrastructure and investment planning for the World Bank. I am currently an Expert Member of the UN Task Force on Critical Energy Transition Minerals, providing technical guidance on value addition, diversification, and benefit-sharing in mineral-producing countries.
I have also been an invited speaker at policy and private sector venues, including the UNCTAD World Investment Forum and the UN Global Compact CFO Coalition for the SDGs, on topics including commodity dependence, and ESG.
